If after contacting us you are still unhappy with your purchase we will issue a refund. In line with the following:

 

• Universal/adjustable k9gate providing it is unused and has not been adjusted to fit including the fitting kit.

A deduction will be made from any refund should any k9gate component not be in a resalable condition, weather that may be a scrappage or refurbishment deduction will be determined by k9gates.

The Original Postage and Packing Contribution is non-refundable. Any return costs will be the responsibility of the purchaser. Items should be returned in their original packaging.

 

• Fixed width K9gate. We are sorry but we are unable offer a full refund for fixed width k9gates, these items are special orders and made to your measurements, please do ‘contact us’ we will be able to help. Should you decide to return your Fixed width K9gate it must be in unused condition including the ‘fitting kit’.

A deduction will be made from any refund should any k9gate component not be in a resalable condition, weather that may be a scrappage or refurbishment deduction will be determined by k9gates.

• In the unlikely event that your new K9gate arrives damaged, please do get in touch with us. We may ask you to provide photos of the damaged part and we will if appropriate replace the damage section of your gate.
